- When the narrator says "a new name and face that will live in infamy" there is a mistake in the transcript. The Millennium Prize Foundation wishes to say that Tim Berners-Lee is an outstanding innovator who people will recognize long into the future and who will live in fame.
- It is said on the video, that the World Wide Web Consortium is located on the campus of MIT. That is incorrect. W3C is an international organization that has three primary locations: MIT, Keio University in Japan and ERCIM in France. Tim Berners-Lee's office is located at MIT.
